We need an employee email address area or expand Text 5 in the custom field labels to 50 or 60 characters to allow for long emaill addresses

Related ideas
I would rather the field be stored as a field directly in the Employee Table and not as a custom field.
When working with custom reports, it's always easier to extract data from the primary table rather than having to create the link.
