Change default browser when opening attached links
In attachments/links of internal notes, whenever a user selects "View selected file" and the file path is a weblink, JobBoss still opens everything with internet explorer. These pages can be password/user restricted and it would be useful for users to be able to choose their default browser with all their information already saved.
No one uses IE anymore
