for example in shipping, be able to create your own pop up message that says "this part needs certs shipped with it" then you have to click OK or whatever. Be able to have this in any module, including workstation driver upon logout possibly? a message that would say "did you record your count accurately?" or whatever the customer tell the pop up message that they want it to say in system admin/preferences.
