I have detailed information that my vendors require. I cant make it any longer than this.

" AL6061T6511MFQ-REC.875x4.5-144"

But it is still missing some material requirements. My vendors arenot going to like getting horrid codes like this. If i had 64 characters, whick is only 1/4 of the standard number. I could tell my vendor in plain english that i want this:

".875" x 4.5" Rec. x 12' Manifold Quality, 6061-T6511 alum. +.003, -.000" "

This is a requirement for some of my jobs. I can't just send confusing codes. It's not permissible.

I also tried to use the additional notes fields. Neither of them printed on the PO.
