We use Quantity Specific Material quantities routinely. When we copy a quote to a quote, the Quantity Specific Material quantities are zeroed out. We have to re-enter the quantities manually. I can't think of a scenario where this would be the preferred function. When copying from Quote to Job, it copies the quantities as expected.
