% Efficiency based on Actual Cycle Time instead of Estimated Cycle Time

It seems the only way to track efficiency is through the estimated CT, however not all estimates' are correct. In fact, a large percentage of components we run are way off from the quoted or estimated CT. Is there a way to input the actual CT, and run a report that gives a more accurate %efficiency? This will allow our Foreman to circle back to Quoting and make adjustments when necessary. Also, you could work with your programming team to speed up any lagging programs.

    Hi Benjamin,

    You can go back and update the estimates on the job (and quote) to represent your actual cycle times, which would then provide those updated values when you run reports.
