With the law for FMLA we have to track the number of hours an employee has used for FMLA. We currently have to do this manually outside of Jobboss. It would be nice to have this as an option on the type of attendance so that we could track it inside of Jobboss and we could also have a Knowlegesync that we alert us on how many hours an employee has used of their allotted FMLA hours.
