Scanning FedEx tracking numbers directly into this field (C20) as they as too long and get truncated. Unfortunately, the tracking info is at the end of the barcode. UPS tracking numbers are fine. Increasing the length of this field will allow both to be scanned directly.

This is an issue with generating tracking information in (say) KnowledgeSync in order to send email to customers alerting them of a shipment and including tracking info, as it works for UPS, but not FedEx.
