We define the flow of a job on the routing.  Occasionally, a routing line gets skipped as nobody does the work and nobody claims time or parts on that line.  There is nothing that prevents us from shipping that job although a step has been skipped.  Can you please add an option for the next operation not to be able to start unless the previous operation has been completed?
