It would be advantageous if the PO Number field could be expanded to at least 12 spaces. With our 6 digit job numbers our PO numbers which can expand up to 10 characters cannot accommodate the current field of eight spaces.

Currently you have Equal, From and Thru. there are times I would like to have Not Equal or is NULL to better make use of these search options.

Would like to see the quote and invoicing lines reflect only two decimals out not 5 currently. This is causing issues with my customers since their systems will only allow 2 locations after the decimal point

When an employee status is no longer active or they change positions, it would be nice to be able to change or remove them from being the Account Manager. Currently you have to do this for each customer and it is extremely time consuming.

This will provide a one-glance view of all POs written against a job - particularly when there are many materials to be ordered. The current approach means scrolling the materials list individually, right clicking and the clicking "show activity"....

Our Firing Range Team sometimes needs to sign into more than 4 jobs at the same time and Work-Station Driver does noy allow more than 4 at a time

Would be nice if the bank reconciliation date defaulted to the last day of the month. At the very least it would be nice if once you changed it to the last day of the month and saved it would keep it as the last day the next time you open the bank...

There is a lot number field in the Customer Shipments - Jobs. It would be helpful to have this on Customer Shipments - Sales Orders as well. Reporting could then pull information from the packing list.

Currently you need to click on the User ID and then look at there permissions. So if I want to see who currently has a particular permission I have to look at each User ID manually for each permission. This is very time consuming
