Like the field in Jobboss. In DC Mobile they can select standard text to add to the notes. We use a Spec sheet so if we can add these fields in the notes than we can get rid of this.

When we create a po to a company there is a field for a contact. Since the drop down does not show the title or anything that tells us which person the po should go to. Allow a default contact to be selected for each vendor

JobBOSS will allow you to ship any quantity on a Sales Order as long as there is sufficient quantity in inventory. You'll, no doubt, send the correct quantity but wonder what happened to your on hand inventory count.

In preferences there is an area to check the box "track PO changes". This ok but once you move over to the module purchasing the employee can "uncheck that box so then the changes are no longer tracked. We need to see who is making changes to the POs
